Databasin from your terminal: CLI and Claude Code integration

A new command-line interface puts Databasin in your terminal — and pairs with Claude Code so AI coding agents can operate the platform on your behalf. Script pipeline operations, automate workflows, and let your AI assistant do the clicking.

Some of us live in the browser. The rest of us live in the terminal — and now Databasin does too.

The Databasin CLI

The new command-line interface drives the platform from your shell: inspect projects, manage pipelines, kick off runs, pull results. Everything scriptable, everything automatable, everything composable with the rest of your toolchain.

The interesting part: AI agents

The CLI ships with first-class Claude Code integration. That means an AI coding agent can inspect and operate your Databasin resources on your behalf:

  • "Check why last night's Workday sync was slow" — the agent pulls run history and reads the logs
  • "Create a pipeline for this new source and schedule it nightly" — done from a conversation
  • Platform operations become something you delegate, not something you click through

This is the foundation for a developer-centric, agent-driven way of using Databasin — where the platform is as comfortable being operated by your AI assistant as by you.
