- One create flow: a single button opens a modal where you pick Pipeline or Automation
- A cleaner sidebar that reflects the unified model
Everything you already know is untouched — detail screens, edit flows, run history all work exactly as before. The only difference is you stop bouncing between two pages to answer "what runs against this project?"
